Project Scope
Our Key Responsibilities
Gattica were instructed by John Sisk Builders for the project management of the utility infrastructure of the Eastern Bridge and
Link Road scheme.
Initial scope was to apply for any existing utility apparatus information, record the results in an affected/non-affected utility appraisal tracker and produce a full set of combined and individual layout drawings for each captured affected utility company. Gattica was then responsible to apply for any necessary utility diversions and/or protection measures required to facilitate the delivery of the works in Isaac’s Lane and the proposed new link road, as well as review the new utility infrastructure required to supply the Eastern development.
As part of the works, Gattica had to produce a schedule of trial holes for the areas that further site investigation was required to locate any existing services and work close with the Contractor and Contractor’s Designer to assess the impact against the proposed highway design.
Also, produce a utilities model that incorporated all agreed proposed utility diversion routes and new installations to support the delivery
of the construction works.
