Gattica Associates Ltd is a specialist utility infrastructure consultancy, based in Hampshire, founded by its current and sole Director in 2004. They have a large portfolio of clients including several of the UKs largest Public Bodies, Consultants, Contractors, and Utility Companies. The business concentrates on two delivery sectors: Regeneration and Development infrastructure and Highways/Rail and Civil Engineering.

With Highways/Rail schemes including:

• A66 North Trans Pennine Upgrade

• Smart Motorway and Stop Vehicle Detection (SVD) schemes throughout UK

Gattica’s project team focuses on providing a full end to end process for the Utility Infrastructure element of a project. Gattica’s Design Department includes a fully trained and experienced team of CAD designers and modelers who ensure they can deliver all aspects of design. The commercial team manages the procurement of new supplies and networks with incumbents DNOs/IDNOs/IGTs/ Adopting Authorities.

  to its activities
• Establishing quality objectives that are meaningful for staff, which promote a work ethos where all are encouraged to review working practices and be actively involved in the methods for improvement to the OMS
• Developing employee skills and promoting continuous professional development to enhance their contributions through effective training
• Ensuring Gattica’s contractors are fully aware of the requirements for quality and given all the necessary information
• Understanding that conforming to this policy involves all areas of business and company policies
